Jay is an accomplished Product Development and Management professional with over two decades of expertise in the professional audio industry. Armed with an Audio Engineering degree from the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology, he has developed extensive knowledge in room acoustics, recording studios, and live sound applications.
As the sole Product Manager at Radial Engineering for over 17 years, Jay spearheaded end-to-end product development for numerous successful launches including the BT-Pro, SW8-USB, JX44 V2, Keylargo/KL8, EXTC, and HDI. His role involved orchestrating cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative audio solutions that resonated with the company's diverse customer base.
Jay's expertise extended to a 3-year tenure as a Management Consultant for Jensen Transformers, where he provided strategic guidance to enhance their product portfolio and overall business performance.
